Born in Camden, South Carolina, and brought up on the banks of Lake Wateree, Monica Price has Carolina in her blood. Monica lived in Aiken as a child, and family job opportunities have brought her full circle. Monica attended The College of Charleston, where she immersed herself in the arts, beaches, and the culinary world. She graduated with honors obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. Monica has worked in sales/marketing and business management during her career. After the birth of her son and the move to Aiken, Monica was invited, by an industry leader, to pursue a career in real estate.

Monica has a gypsy soul, which has taken her to various European countries and locations throughout the United States. Her travels feed her love of architecture, culture, nature, and the arts (all of which she loves, be it culinary, performing, fine arts, visual arts, you name it). Monica loves to entertain while spending time with family and friends. Aiken provides the pieces of all of the things that help feed her soul, and she is happy to call this unique town her home.

I found my first passion as a photographer, and spent nearly a decade capturing cherished memories and remaining on the fray, watching. I decided that it was my mission to find a home for people in the small town that has been my happiness, no matter where life brought me along my life’s path.

My son is my life, my love, and my all, and I felt the need to foster our growing community for his future, as well as my own. I want for him to live in the same hometown happiness, support, security, and love that has called me home no matter where my journey has taken me.

Born and raised in the CSRA, Sarah has never been particularly interested in taking the most conventional route through life—and honestly, that’s part of what makes her who she is.

Her career has taken her through an eclectic mix of industries, from retail to state parks, nuclear work to industrial inspection, human resources to project management, and eventually real estate. Along the way, she’s learned how to work with all kinds of people, solve problems, adapt quickly, and stay calm when things get complicated. She also developed a lifelong habit of asking, “Why?” until she actually understands how something works.

That curiosity has served her well in real estate. Sarah genuinely loves helping her clients because every connection is a new opportunity for growth. She gets excited about helping someone find the right fit, the right investment, spotting the details others might miss, and making what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process a little easier—and hopefully a lot more fun.

Sarah is equal parts thoughtful, practical, curious, and very observant. She trusts her instincts, cares deeply about doing right by people, and tends to jump all-in when something or someone matters to her. She loves good conversations, learning new things, and finding humor in everyday life. Her path may not have been perfectly planned, but she’s learned that some of the best parts of life come from the unexpected turns.

Outside of real estate, Sarah enjoys spending time with family and friends, cozy gaming, and finding creative outlets whenever inspiration strikes. After all, she’s learned a lot of unexpected things over the years. Helping people find a place to call home just happens to be the one she enjoys the most.
