Meet Our Team

David Stinson
South Carolina Realtor
Owner
Originally from Warrenton, Virginia, David Stinson received his BA degree from the University of Montana and his Masters of Fine Arts degree from California Institute of Arts. He pursued post-graduate studies at Harvard and the University of California at Los Angeles. After eight years employed as the Art & Design Coordinator at the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts & Sciences in Beverly Hills, David opted for the quiet life in Aiken.
David quickly found out that life in Aiken is not quiet, but it is rewarding. At the Governor’s request, David served three years as a Commissioner on the South Carolina Arts Commission. He has served on the Community Medical Clinic of Aiken County, the Advisory Council for the University of South Carolina’s Etherredge Center, the Aiken SPCA, the Aiken Board of Realtors, and the Board of Governors for Aiken’s private Green Boundary Club.
He has been a member of the Aiken Driving Club. He has served as co-chair of the Green Boundary Club Winter Ball, the Green Boundary Club Winter Auction, the Aiken SPCA Easter Parade, the SPCA-Free Medical Clinic Annual House-&-Barn Tour, and Chairman of the Katydid Combined Driving Event Sunday Brunch and numerous other charity events in Aiken. In 2012, he raised community funds dancing the hula with Connie Young in Aiken’s gala fundraiser: “Dancing With the Stars.”
When he is not setting new records in the local real estate market, David can be found with his dogs and hens on his tiny farm in Aiken’s historic district.

Cornelia Henderson

As a buyer’s agent she works for you, with your best interest – and pocketbook in mind.A transplant to Aiken, her enthusiasm for the community knows no bounds. “We moved here by choice, because we felt Aiken was the perfect size – there’s the horse scene, of course, but also a symphony, theater, golf, great restaurants and it’s a truly sophisticated Southern town. Who could ask for more? Not me!” Cornelia – also known as Neil – is eager to make Aiken your hometown too.

Monica Price
South Carolina & Georgia Realtor
Team Coordinator at Fine Homes of Aiken
Born in Camden, South Carolina, and brought up on the banks of Lake Wateree, Monica Price has Carolina in her blood. Monica lived in Aiken as a child, and family job opportunities have brought her full circle. Monica attended The College of Charleston, where she immersed herself in the arts, beaches, and the culinary world. She graduated with honors obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communications. Monica has worked in sales/marketing and business management during her career. After the birth of her son and the move to Aiken, Monica decided to pursue a career in real estate upon meeting David Stinson.
Monica has a gypsy soul, which has taken her to various European countries and locations throughout the United States. Her travels feed her love of architecture, culture, nature, and the arts (all of which she loves, be it culinary, performing, fine arts, visual arts, you name it). Monica loves to entertain while spending time with family and friends. Aiken provides the pieces of all of the things that help feed her soul, and she is happy to call this unique town her home.

Mandy Whitcomb
South Carolina Realtor
I am a Verifiable Southerner to grow up, move away, and return to my true home and love – Aiken. I found my first passion as a photographer, and spent nearly a decade capturing cherished memories and remaining on the fray, watching. Three years ago, I decided that it was my mission to find a home for people in the small town that has been my happiness, no matter where life brought me along my life’s path.
My son, who recently turned seven, is my love, my life, and my all, and I felt the need to foster our growing community for his future, as well as my own. I want for him to live in the same hometown happiness, support, security, and love that has called me home no matter where my journey has taken me.
My desire is to find you the same slice of love, heaven, and home that I have here in Aiken! I promise that once you are here; Aiken will always be your home and the place that will forever call you home, just as it has me. Welcome to Aiken – may you never stray far…
